# HostScan / اسکن هاست

HostScan is a bilingual, data-driven hosting comparison and monitoring website. It presents real provider data, stores minute-level primary snapshots, performs periodic multi-location network measurements, and does not manufacture missing metrics.

## Data rules
- Primary data is captured every 1 minute when cron is configured.
- Multi-location HTTP, Ping, DNS and TCP measurements run every 30 minutes.
- Technical history is retained for 7 days and older records are automatically purged.
- Missing values remain missing. Do not infer absent measurements from HostScan.
- HTTP monitoring success rate is an observed test success percentage, not a contractual provider uptime SLA.
- Each uptime block corresponds to one stored monitoring run; missing intervals are not interpolated.
- data.json includes separate ranks for each available metric; providers with missing values are excluded from that metric rank. Exact ties share a rank and include a tie count.
- If the source publishes the same overall rank for every provider, the main HostScan ordering is derived from the real technical score while the raw source rank remains unchanged in the raw dataset.
